Boom

My mind blows up fast

Did that really just happen?

What should I do?

I really don’t know weather to let it go or hold it in,

Or to let it go

The pain is killing

Should I do that or this?

Only if my body is welling

Let it walk away,

Or bring it back

My mind is full of evil thoughts,

If I keep it in I’m going to regret,

But if I let it out it will be something called,

Forgive and forget evacuated people out the door
