Welcome Home Katy

A Poem by Katy D.
"

Welcome back to hell...um...Welcome home.

"

Welcome home Katy

What’s it like in New York City?

I’m so happy that you called me

I was just so relieved

What the f**k I hate my life!

I told you thousand times before!

Keep your wallet in your pocket!

When you walk out the door!

God I really hate my life!

Why do I still even try?

Chad I’m warning you once more

You are never walking out that door

Until you tell me what that’s for

Tell me why you are agreeing

Tell me why you simply ignore me

I can’t imagine why you’re acting dumb

I can’t imagine who he gets it from!

What is that supposed to mean?

            You cannot be accusing me

            Cannot possibly… You B***h!

How dare you turn on me?

It’s not my fault how can’t you see

            Cannot possibly… You B***h!

Welcome home Katy

What’d you do in New York City?

Call your sister-she wants dinner

Is it me or are you getting thinner?

Call your grandma when you’re through

She wants to talk to you

Tell them you’re not leaving

You’ve got homework that’s still waiting

Keep your school work up you’re lazy

Like your father-Makes me crazy

Tell them you won’t make it

Keep your school work up although you hate it

hate it… hate it…hate it…

Welcome home Katy

I hope you liked the city

Now you’re home and here’s the score

Your life is back to how it was before

Did you know that you’re my baby

I love you so much my Katy

You got mail while you were gone

I read your letters-That’s not wrong

Some was good as I have said

I hope you don’t mind that I read

You didn’t make LA why the hell am I ok?

Irvine is still a go is it wrong if I don’t know?

Welcome home Katy baby

Did you have fun in the city?

Tell your father he’s an a*s

And you’re grandma wants to ask

How was the trip? Did you miss?

All the s**t, all the s**t, all the s**t, all the s**t…

God I really hate my life!

You are my sanity Kate

God I really hate my life!

You are my sanity Kate

You’re brother’s sick he overate

I cannot work! I’m so irate!

You stupid s**t stop throwing up!

He cannot mom, you’ve come undone!

Stop throwing up! You’ve gagged yourself

You stupid s**t I’m beside myself!

Katy get you’re school work done

I’m glad to hear New York was fun

Welcome home Katy baby

Tell me more about the city

Why do you suppose

That you’re father’s still reposing?

Lazy Jerk! Why the smirk!

Move your junk and clean the dirt!

Why do I hear his lies?

Sometimes I think I’d rather die!

God I really hate my life!

I love you Katy baby

God I really hate my life!

You are my sanity Kate

Welcome home Katy baby

Have I told you lately?

That I love you more than I can say

I thought about you everyday

The house isn’t the same

When you’re gone off and away

I love you more than I can say

You’ll always be my baby Katy

You are my sanity Kate

God I really hate my life!

You are my sanity Kate

Welcome home Katy baby

Would you stay in New York City?…
