I surprise people,
When I use words they don't understand,
and then,
when I start cursing.

I surprise people,
when they think I'm an angel,
then I take out,
my horns and scythe,
and show my inner devil.

I surprise people,
when they notice,
the scars on my wrist,
after my convincing smile.

I surprise people,
With my intense emotions,
after holding a mask,
a facade,
no one could see through.

I surprise people,
By being the person,
they never expected,
inside of me.

I surprise people,
By being myself.
