Anorexic and Insomniac?

I think I may be anorexic and insomniac.

Lately I haven't been able to sleep or eat very much. Every time I go to
bed, it's like a light goes on in my head flashing signs saying, "Stay
awake! Do not sleep!" Whenever I'm really hungry, I'll get food then all of
a sudden I'm not hungry anymore. I don't know why I'm like this.

I realize that it's summer and everything, so it might be the heat for why
I can't sleep, but the whole food thing confuses me. I think it might be
because I met a guy who lives in a different province that I really really
like. It may just be because I miss him.

But I can't sleep till at least sunrise, and in about 5 days I've eaten 2 plates of food (forced) half a can of soup, a cookie and a chocolate bar.
