"Stop and sit" is plea for reflection, a much needed break from the chaos, though difficult at times to bear. Time is our greatest gift, and even the wealthiest get no more than the poor. So, we must use it wisely, and sometimes that means doing nothing but thinking. And, that clock inside our head can drives us crazy. An insightful poem informed by a few years of harsh life experiences, I assume. Well written, Eryn.
Before I get to the review, I'm going to start by saying that I ended up here because I saw your profile picture, which looks a lot like Ruby Rose from RWBY, if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, the poem was interesting. I fully understood what it was saying, and I can even relate to it in some way (which I fell is either a good thing or a bad thing since I'm not even 20 yet). Keep up the fantastic effort! :)
