Moving ForwardA Poem by Eryn ♪A song I'm gonna try to make with Vocaloid.
I sit alone in all my thoughts,
Of days we used to play outside, The sun was shining in our eyes, And the flowers littered at our feet, Our gift to any person we would like again to meet. I watch as lonely days go by, The fire must have left my eyes, But I can't seem, to forget their heat, They reminisce of snowy fields, And warm days filled with bliss. And in the morning I will wake again, To all the worlds selfish pain, I'll strand right up and brush away, The tired lies of yesterday, And start over anew, Hoping to someday fall in love with you. For now I'll watch the sunsets die, Over the mountain tops nearby, The kind my heart someday hopes to reach, And watch the little world just fall away, As the night falls on yet another day. And in the morning I will wake again, To all the worlds selfish pain, And breakdown the walls, That lie in front of hearts of glass, Standing in the way of me and you, Today we'll do whatever we want to. Glue together the shattered glass, Mend the heartbreaks of the past, And find out how to love again, And once more dance out in that summer rain, Till the night falls once more. And in the morning I will wake, Walk outside this lonesome gate, And travel down a road unknown, Lost and now quite overgrown, With hope, To find the person that I love the most. © 2014 Eryn ♪Reviews
