At the journeys end.

At the journeys end.

A Poem by Eryn ♪

Tick Tack
We place the stars
On a worn old map
Of the places we have been
have seen.

Flash back
To wilder days
Full of big adventures
In a small town
In nowhere specific.

Garden gate
Moving past it
Into the meadow beyond
Full of life
Full of love.

Step forward
Journal in hand
Recalling the journey
A story most grand
a grand stand.

Paris to Tokyo,
Over the misty mountains old,
Ne'er a dragon
Exciting none the less
There and back again.

Still I have missed
Much of the days
Lost in your eyes
That were forever by my side
Three little words.

This is adorable, and also I enjoy your Hobbit references. Well done, good sir.

I look forward to all of these adventures, even if there are no dragons ;) < 3
