The sky does fall

When the earth does fall I will fall too.
When the oceans run dry I will not be blue.
When the moon does darken I will lighten the mood.
Because the world can wait as long as I'm with you.

Though all may end I will not cry.
Though the blue sky may turn red.
Though the world may turn to ash.
I'll always be the shoulder for you to rest your head.

When the sky does fall I shall not despair.
When the curtain closes I'll shed no tear.
When the thunder roars I'll fight away fear.
For it cannot hurt me as long as you are near.

Though midnight calls me.
Though the tide breaks stone.
Though the wind batters my soul.
When the sky falls I won't feel alone.
