Could it beA Poem by SethnicityFor my next of kin.
Could it be that you are a mermaid departed of the sea?
With books and brella bronzed skin by golden ray with your meandering thoughts somehow you lay dismissed by scrutiny like mermaids dreaming with sandy fin. Could it be you are a Pegasus of my memory? youthful as you've ever been. too the mountain lily from the stars heart you've mastered the art of flight without stopping laughing crying or growing! Could it be that to me a Bullfrog you are? With long steady stare though you are not in despair clutching toys like tongues on coins to dragons with wings and lions that sing You'll laugh it off and smile for we are merely emotional things, no allure? Could it Be that a Super Me you are? challenge me?, Pay up you say questions and games are your toll tax the mirror reflection of your four eyes my pupils dilate My pupils dilate And when I die-late pupils will be all that remains of me... © 2012 SethnicityAuthor's Note
