Why should I Talk

A Rant 2 Talkers

I'm writing this because I was taught
I'd rather not speak for the meaning may trot
how many times have you opened your mouth
Insighted a plague or resighted a drought
Then you ask me for something to talk about
Talk is cheap, Talk is out, But what in the world are you Talking About?

I could speak about Peace
just to hear your distortion
I could sing of the truth
to be black balled by your portion
I would holler discontent
and you would say I was Free
but my speech is only acceptable 2 me
My voice is only an opinion to thee
when you vote it doesn't represent me
No one taught me to speak
I just memorized what the sounds means to me
and if you keep asking questions
your answers will echo eventually
So why should I Talk
If it only matters to ME?

man , that was great .. second stanza was punch after punch
