Dance

Dance

A Poem by Seth DeAlba

Dancing on the street
Images can't be beat
Beat the treats
Nothing but movement
Motion in art
Art in motion
All things spiral
Into a dance
That forms the world
The universe
She moves to her own rhythm
Bouncing back and forth
Ever flowing in ways that are showing what she is
Dancing for the dance
Joy pain hate love desperado
There is nothing but the dance for her
But that makes sense
Since she sallies back and forth
Eyes drawing you into her rhythm
The universe is here
And you are there
She wants you to join her
Left alone to dance forever
She will wander
Wonder all you want
She dances for you
For all of us
She dances with joy
Peaceful in what she does
And Always
Left to dance.
