A new place

A new place

A Poem by Aurora Night

I walk along the empty road.

Nothing ahead, and nothing behind.

I'm lost on an empty road in the middle of nowhere.

I watch as the sun rises another day.

The light is bright on the morning of May.

To my heart's content, it's not the sun i see,

but the gates of heaven near the sea.

I look through the bars and only see him.

My savior,

 My messiah

He says my name 'Kim".

A voice so gentle and sweet.

While he looks so neat.

I fall to my knees.

I never knew him true,

yet here he was with the keys.

He carries my heart and I'm in heaven.

A heaven spent with my God, for eternity.

Again, this is one of those one writings I read about heaven and how it's like. Makes me wonder how it is in reality. Anyway, this is a very spiritual poem, talks about the positive side of death where we meet our creator. It's another way of looking at life after death. You have a pretty good concept here.

Keep Writing. ^___^
