Perception

Perception

A Poem by Seriana

Perception

The lie does not truth

from the poison of the heart

what convincing must have been done

what sorrow of self-conviction

internal digestion and rearranging

twisting of tales and murky myths

until at last….

a contorted truth emerges

severing the reality from the fabled façade…..

And he smiled at his pathetic creation

The beautiful deception in his world gone cold

The evil that men do lives on and on... and what comes around goes around... a stinger of a write... you rock with your words.

What we see, what we feel, what we perceive... so blind, so numb, so distorted... beautiful and painful at the same time, dear one.

Ahhhh...nicely done my friend. It is crazy the energy people will use to create their lies. Truth is the easier road. Another great write by my favorite author. ;)
