ObscuraA Poem by SerianaObscura
Fair Lady strolls the shore
alone,
gentle footfalls as the
waters lap at her feet,
purposeful impressions
left,
and fade…
She moves on in languid
descent,
the will not of her own,
but that of the darkness as
it rises to meet the day.
Fair lady dances to the
melody of a bird-mocking,
Moving as one,
with thickets of reeds and
song,
She glances sky height
through the grey of mourn,
smiles through rays of
misty dust,
in disinclined wonderment…
Fair lady wanders the
shores alone,
in desperate despair and decline… © 2021 SerianaFeatured Review
