PorcelainA Poem by SerianaA little revision and dusty off from some time ago....Porcelain We
should write of this world as though it were the wisdom of life… life
to come... pleasantries
poised in this very moment, from
remembrances which were…and never could be. A
dreamers’ ruse rises beyond this fragile plume of night. A
silent, heady, intoxicating
bloom… seized
upon one perennial solo eve. How
oft it is the skies turn so midnight… ...blue? The
alliteration of twilight always lifts the aching within. The
distant wind whispers, exhaling
in lofty tenderness, far,
far too soon... floating
to the hum of the distant reaching moon… There
is comfort in the know, comfort
amidst terror in the sages of delightful sight. In
cadence does she surrender her shadow play, anew.
Perhaps it has come to matter of
nothing…. That we should write of this world as
though it were the window to life……
