Water blue

Life plays in a sped up motion,
All I want is for someone to press pause.
Been holding my breath, wanting to exhale;
the moment I went under this water blue.

No one can stop time. The older you get, the quicker it goes. Very relatable to want to press the pause button and live in that moment. Sadly it isn't going to happen. A short poem, well expressed which says a great deal.
