glitch

glitch

A Poem by Nobody.

I’m in a glitch

my dragons are flying backwards

a flickered flock of polysyllabic words

have all died on my tongue

rot abounds

                     choking sounds

            clog my satellite ears

dazed and hazy

I walk from the pixilated wreckage

your eyes are the beacons

that led me home

sirens sexting from rural crags

rice bouncing from my pink cheeks

clods bouncing from my polished pine

rise from the dead

fall into the life

bathe road-rash

in asphalt

my nudity always bleeds

kiss chaos

rub ruin

truth is just the best lie

we’ve concocted thus far

it all makes sense

when you’re senseless

the end looks like the beginning

I’m in a glitch

my dragons are flying backwards

I can't reach God

from here
