ok, so at first this got a "lol"
but i know how that kind of frustration feels. not the praying, praying's not my thing- but the dealing with stuff, struggling, then looking around and seeing that bigger stuff is going on (and wrong) puts things into perspective.
the call center in india would suit me better.
