Lost at seaA Poem by Nobody.Lost at Sea Waves roll all over one another like fat green puppies with white noses and tails. I remember making love to you in a dry beige bathtub at your dad’s house. That was the strangest Easter tradition I’ve ever known. Prophets howl the truth from street corner squats. Nobody listens. As soon as this boat hits land, I am going to set sail for Yesterday. I hope you’ll be waiting there in that paisley giggle I bought for you, in that quaint little street market, when we almost went to France. I guess, if I needed to make sense today, I’d have to ask for change. In some countries, they would have killed me at birth. I'm going to go to those places, and get revenge someday. I hope you found the kitten I left for you in the oven. His meow sounds like snow falling on that old cathedral in South Boston where the w****s go to eat.
