Monday morning massacre

Monday morning massacre

A Poem by Nobody.
"

"there was an old lady who swallowed a spider that wriggled and jiggled and tickled inside her" lol!

"

look up:

prying spider

slender feelers

orphean mouth

marching his trochaic verses of frigid duties

on a sensually variegated tile ceiling

stressed, unstressed:

lulling dance of predatory splendor

slender sticks of night beneath,

inch tall giant beast walks on woven pricks

dizzy prey worn and fallen

thimbleful, ocean full, belly full of warmth

look fast:

winged sister

buzzing whisper

empty chance

wasting anemic outrage on a final wail and wish

outstretched visions of a maggot, of a child, of a dream

taste of cake fluff

scent of morning

endless eyes of frozen time

in this flash of fevered frenzy

function forms a vicious frame

precious slaughter

wincing watcher

sip of coffee

moving on

I'm smiling... I've never empathized so closely with a fly before, her outstretched visions of maggot, of a child, of a dream taste of cake fluff...
and I stand amazed at your genius yet again - bet you whipped this one up before your coffee was cold.

I admire & try to aspire to that philosophy, as we all should.
Things can alwsys be worse
Loved the shape of it too,!

ok, 1st im gunna kill my dad for sending me this as a read request, (he knows im petrified of spiders)
2nd, despite my ehem, mild disagreement with the eight leged incect, i found this a very good write! im am so, SO glad that i am not a fly, or a 'vision of maggot, of a child'.
sent shivers down my spine! good write!

This is what the Myth of Orpheus looked like when he looked back. That part was left out of his story. This was it. This sent his woman to death and scared him for eternity.
An acid trip from sucking satan's dick.
The references to eyes, and glances, turninin, etc.
The idea of being full, ocean full, belly full could be of the view he caught.

Its too early for evil madness.
Never too earkly for yours.

Kudos you imaginazi.

surprising to see how a strong imagery and way of narration can turn "not at all noticeable" things to an interesting piece of poetry. a slaughter well narrated...made an interesting read.

Oh yeah. Arachnophobia: The Poem.
I saw the death of that fly to that spider while having coffee. The precious slaughter. Oh yeah...imagination candy.

Dear readers:
Dont kill spiders. They just look menacing. They help us by catching mosquitos and other parasites that can be more harmful to humans than any spider you find in your home. So protect spiders....remove them from your home in a napkin. Dont smash them...they are just trying to live. Respect and protect life and you will reap the rewards.

You have a wonderful way with words and the way you describe the things in your poems the reader can see what they are reading!
