Grasping at acknowledgment.

Grasping at acknowledgment.

A Poem by Luke Sentnl

Grasping at acknowledgment.

It sits suspended, just above the water. Either by light, or by an imaginative sense of invisibility, it does not touch the cold wet below it.
Creating a ripple without a motion, pulsing in short bursts as the reflections are skewed. Narrow replications of the image above, between each tiny wave. Such an event happening so fast, many would say it did not happen at all.
