ComedyA Poem by Jake BruntonWritten 10/9/2016.
Humorous
If I could laugh anymore at something it would be just sad The pitiful attempt to escape from one's going mad Hilarious Circus clown dressed in a suit he looks quite glum But inside is internal desire of one's going dumb Funny The odd-looking world seems to be at wits end its eternity It's our pitiful escape of one's own serenity Amusing Watching the entirety of society burn itself down It's comically witty, isn't it? Of us becoming the clown. © 2016 Jake Brunton |
