The little playtime dreamer and the golden blue firefly...

Little playtime dreamer woke up today
Heart full of adventure it's time to play
Little playtime dreamer blinks his kaleidoscope eyes
What a colorful world and away he flies
Little playtime dreamer explores the land
Scenery is always changing but it's never bland
Little playtime dreamer loses track of the time
Twilight approaches but all is fine

The firefly kingdom emerges at last
Shiny little starlets it's a magical cast
The firefly kingdom is partial to none
Little playtime dreamer is welcome to run
The firefly kingdom brings life's greatest joys
One must be careful not to make too much noise
The firefly kingdom grows brighter with night
But at last playtime ends and the dreamer rests his sight

The stage of night dreams pulls up the curtain
Of what acts are to follow no one is certain
The stage of night dreams introduces the star
A golden blue firefly spreads rays ever far
The stage of night dreams is observed only by one
Little playtime dreamer is ever so stunned
The stage of night dreams is about to unfold
The golden blue firefly tale has never been told

The scene of the star is one to behold
Glowing so brightly a blue ever bold
The scene of the star captures the dreamer
What fun I could have with this mysterious beamer
The scene of the star stirs up emotion
Little dreamer belongs in this fantasy world is his final notion
The scene of the star seems to invite you to join
But little dreamer cant it's a double sided coin
The scene of the star reaches its climax
Approaching the dreamer through fields of lilacs

The golden blue firefly says hello to his innocent face
Little playtime dreamers heart begins to race
The golden blue firefly is curious at first
Why for this fantasy kingdom does the dreamer thirst
The golden blue firefly can't be his friend
The rules of firefly kingdom can never bend
The golden blue firefly bolts on its way
Little playtime dreamers heart aches in dismay
The golden blue firefly is simple and free
Little playtime dreamer catches up
And begins to plea

The plea of the dreamer is short and heartfelt
Please let me play here with you or my heart will melt
The plea of the dreamer is simple and bright
Golden blue firefly you're my most beautiful sight
the plea of the dreamer lays it all on the line
please think of our meeting as a heavenly sign
The plea of the dreamer has one fatal flaw
The golden blue firefly is bound to the kingdoms law

The tears of parting were so much to bear
Little playtime dreamer knew they would have been an amazing pair
The tears of parting are such a shame
Such memories were lost with circumstances to blame
The tears of parting revealed genuine love
He'd miss the golden blue firefly and the kingdom more then the sky above
The tears of parting were shattered by light
Another day stops the dream and it's horrible plight

Little playtime dreamer woke up today
He feels lost and has no desire to play
Little playtime dreamer is lonely
Nothing was wagered but in a way he had lost
Little playtime dreamer is depressed to say
The firefly kingdom has led me astray
Little playtime dreamer begins to understand
