Snowlit - the next generationA Story by Rivaxorusa snip it of a story idea
The things we do are always decided by a higher power, the universe, and the people around us always want to manipulate one thing or another. Stories are passed on, urban legends are made, and even heroes are made into villains. The politics of the world have always been the same, and there have been those who oppose, and those who don't.
"Next drop off to Sundial city in five minutes, have your tickets ready near the gates." I would look at my small ticket as the announcer said this through the portal hub. It had been a while since I had been to one of these, my father would take me to them as some educational spur when he got bored. Portal hubs were a humans equivalent to a train station, since the world was made up of multiple dimensions and some of us creatures couldn't get through on our own we used a building that connected to other portal hubs in different buildings. You'd think I'd know more though, being a god's son. This world also had multiple gods, deities, everything was run different in every dimension. Even the universe had it's own train of thought. There was a lot of things I couldn't explain, but could explain about the world. Like my vast knowledge of a few of the species in the universe, or about the destruction of earth that happened nearly eighty years ago. I passed the time reading books back at home until one day my father told me to go meet his half sister in Sundial city. My fathers mortal family were a rather infamous and famous royal family who ran multiple countries. Though right now, my aunt was just part of the royal family in the country of Raal. Her husband was the Sundial city mayor, and my great uncle Minor was the country president. Their legal system was rather complicated, but at least that explained why I was here. When I more or less didn't even want to be.
