DespairA Poem by Rivaxorusslip into nothingness monster my friendSlip into nothingness, dear child o mine Where the birds do sing, and the sun thus shines They answered your call, too soon or too late Because something obviously got lost in translation So cut my throat out, Shove a bullet in my head Bleed my dry And see who notices me now No one can hear you scream in this dark room, no one will bother to care All you want is the sun to shine again And for the voices to stop Worthless, broken, and perfectly flawed Hopeless, normal, with no problems in sight Quiet caring, and nervously shy These are the things that you will be remembered for Cowardly dusted upon a road paved red The sun will shine again And so will you Because you are too afraid you are afraid of dying afraid of living too scared to hurt yourself too scared to admit it so sing to me o sweet child sing to me your problems sing to me your worries and fears but alas, no one will listen, no one will care There's a long train ahead and it all ends the same place there's no effort in trying but there's no effort in in crying either Sleep child o mine Tomorrow with rise and so shall you Up until your last breathing moments You are in despair
