What Now

What Now

A Poem by Joan Davis

I watch the sunset unfold.
Orange, yellow, pink and gold.
Who knows where all these colors fading go.

Toss old dreams in the river.
I stand by and watch them flow.
Breath out the fears and doubts to let them go.

Life's a journey, so they say.
But there are mountains in my way.
So I'll climb them as they come, day by day.

I really like the way that this flows. And the imagery is great.
