Alone

Why when I feel things seem to get better,
do they turn for the worse?
Is this just a way of saying..
That I should be alone?
Left in this world with no one to hold,
not a soul in my life.
Am I just meant to live alone...?

a very sad poem and very emotional. I think that you could have emphasized on these strong emotions a bit more in the poem by choosing words that would have more of an impact on readers. it is good though :) and I don't think that you're alone in this feeling, its just... a part of life.
