The thoughts you left me in the words of your eyes a pain uncontrollable with the knives in my spine.

 For this fear you provoke keeps me all but in tune.

Sounds like a song from an unknown pop punk band who's lead singer thinks he's Ian Curtis.
but, for my first poem I don't deem it that bad.
May not flow as well as I wanted it too.

The flow is off but the message is quite clear. I really like the last line, it's very strong in the way it's delivered. A suggestion I have on how to help the flow would probably watch how you space your lines.
