Yesterday we were just an acquaintance We mean nothing to each other. Today we became friends, Or maybe I'm just the one who considered that thought Because we had already converse and communicate, Well whatever it is, it makes me happy. But what if years from now, not knowingly you and I is walking On the same long and crowded pavement Then suddenly our paths collide, And I say "hi" and you don't mind? Will it be a tragic event of my life? Since I bear the thought that we were friends. Or will it be a natural phenomenon Since from the start we are merely an acquaintance?
Whew, I can pretty relate to this part and it seems that you're problem is just as simple as it is altogether complex. Will it be hurting? I think so. But I think whatever it is, someone would always remember you whether as an acquaintance or a friend.
Life teaches us many things. Friendship is hard to get and hard to maintain. I believe as long as we are kind and offer a smile and kind words. Friendship will stay strong. I like the question at the end of this poem. Thank you for the excellent poem.
