MERE VI

MERE VI

A Poem by Seanne Tholltree
"

my 6th sonnet

"
It seems like yesterday when
We were still holding hands,
Sharing laughter that almost
Caught the teacher's attention,
Our crazy pranks and the
Back scratches during quizzes.
Those were the memories that is
Hard to forget.
But now it was replaced by
Blank glances seems that nothing happens
I really don't know what set us apart,
Who cut the rope between us.
All I know is that I merely miss you
My first tertiary friend!

Love and friendship when mind and heart is innocent. Best days and memories. I like the story in the poem. Thank you for the very good poem.

Yeah, a little bit of subject-verb inconsistencies here and there, but a little bit of editing can definitely improve this a lot. The feeling's honest and pure making this one beautiful. And I love its straightforwardness. Great job. :)

I like the feelings in this... nicely said about those feelings, with the " rope between us." and comparing days.
