MERE XXXIV

MERE XXXIV

A Poem by Seanne Tholltree

I’m feeling jealous knowing psychologically

That my MERE XXX will now meet my ex-MERE X

Though I’m not regretting to let my MERE X go,

But what I’m afraid of is that

They will now share laughter in my

Absence and it’s so sickening!

I can’t help thinking that they might like each other

And I’m again out of the scene? Zut!

Don’t worry Seanne, you know that there are things that

Are really beyond your control what I could advise you is that

You just have to be calm, don’t be an impulsive thinker

How could I be calm when I know that in every last column of the

chart on every wall, MERE X and MERE XXX

Is merely having fun without me?
