How's that Go?

How's that Go?

A Poem by Sean Kuchman
"

I wrote this about a homeless man that I knew when I worked at a convenience store. He had been a prominent business man, but lost a battle with mental illness.

"
A multitude of voices
Spinning through the cosmos of my mind
Which one to answer
Each strives for my attention
A hornet’s nest of memories
So real that I see them
But I cannot yet see them
For as I turn to the side
I see the street I walk upon
These old, gnarled feet I walk upon
Cannot hold this world up anymore
So tired, I let fall to the floor
And as day slowly fades
I laugh at a joke
Gone now ten years

About
I have been writing all of my life. I wrote my first short story- a choose your own adventure- when I was 8. I have been hard at it ever since. I do not do it for want of fame, fortune or glory- altho.. more..
