Fighter

Fighter

A Poem by Stam

How many punches can a fighter take
How many years till you end up at his wake
The years seemed to have slowed him down
You can see the pain all over his frown
Always could could roll with what their could throw
In the middle of the ring I would put on my show
Got to pull my strength together for one more round
Because inside am sure there is still fire to be found
So step in the ring and here that bell
This victory is going to be one of the greatest to tell
