my shoes

my shoes

A Poem by Stam

From where you sit my life looks so clear

But in my head you dont here my silent screams of fear

You should try walking in my shoes

Everything looks so right

If only you saw me in the early hours of night

You should try walking in my shoes

Glitter and the trappings of success

Back in the real world its all such a mess

You should try walking in my shoes

So when you think i have it all

Take a closer look you may just see me fall

Its not worth walking in my shoes
