Fish Be the SeaA Poem by SeanAubreyBe there with heIf a fish saw all the sea, would it seem hard to be? To quicken to the turn of the school, when sharks are roaming free? To eat and breed as the species’ steed, while flying fish trapeze? Perhaps he’s lost in the traveler’s breeze, flowing slowly to cries of dolphin dreams. Or biding time by sea wise trees, swaying to and fro with liquid leaves. No matter, though, his ebb and flow, he’s seen the sea’s mysteries. The call to question unappeased, from whence it came to how it will seize. Outward quandary of endless leads, he looks not yet at what makes him he. In there he’ll find some peace to be, some day as one with the entire sea. © 2015 SeanAubrey
