Letter to a friendA Poem by The Chosen PoetWhen a friend had enough of the person attached in their life who is capable of what is considered deceit, lies but had a meaningful and priceless times together but better to let go
Dear Friend
''Friend'', You might have realized how much your absence had costed my life but not to shift blame on my misfortunes; i wasted much of my time waiting for your arrival but all was for nothing But it's quite fascinating how i do whole lot for you to end up being ungrateful. A little did i know... Neither of that benefits me, it's a consorious stage i'm at. The storm brewing underneath is soul awakening. It's either i do justice to my soul or just watch it go astray. All i did was to show my humanity but humanity showed me the inhumane side of humanity which was out of my sight. I should perhaps practice how to pretend to put an end at this worthless struggle i face daily all in the name of humanity. Don't mind me but the brutal truth is your existence matters not to me anymore. One of the most glaring of our inconsistencies is the overwhelming capability fo deceit ..which is your major quality and your favourite, your deceitful self is the ulcer of my heart in the realm of disgraceful happiness. I can't fathom any of this, my mind is scattered, my writings are utterly exposing the nakedness of my soul but here i am smiling to make you feel rather welcomed but you're ungraful. My faith had recently been having seizures, reality lurks in the shadow of my denial of your departure but my soul rejoices. Being with you was a meaningless struggle. It made me feel like my being is unworthy, i'm completely living with the influence of mistrust. I pray your deceit brings serendipiter in my life. I wish you well in your digsuting life, may your sentiments ever show you the most dirty happiness you long for. Your perspective of life is limited by society.
