badger balm

badger balm

A Poem by sea lily

you are;
mint, sage, lavender, rosemary.
in that little tin
your mother gave you
to heal your hands
(artist's hands)

remember when
you used to slide it in your pocket
before we ventured
into the icy winds.

i bought one,
carried it
like a talisman.
