A Poem by sea lily

he smiles,

some bashful praise.

and i find

i like this way

of making a wage.

shuffle closer to me,

kitchen friend

and let these long arms of yours

extend

to fit us into the curve

of your shoulder bone.

sometimes it's here,

with all of you,

i find my place.

i'm really home.
