A Poem by sea lily

awkward girl, hands that grace canvas
and paper sketching pages. if i replace the why? with an I
or a me. mildly intoxicating but offering some safety.
same awkward cluster of pillars...
a warm red coat, you've removed my name.
and placed your own L - overtones of familiarity.
you've known my name for a day, but i've known yours for infinity.
