le conflit d'art

le conflit d'art

A Poem by sea lily

how does it feel to hold somebody small? i think
that you know.
you're a locket-clasp around
my less than perfect image.
man/boy
art always brought me to tears.
like i know the beauty of your open-mouthed,
cheek-squashed,
pillow-marked,
morning-breath
sleeping face.
our wrists that match
with scents that fade.

"i saw venus de milo,
and her statuesque disability.
the book of poetry
surrounding the impassive,
abused beauty." said s/he

when the stopwatch in his soul
sounds the ending of all this,
he'll have to send the repo men round.
prise from my possession,
every note,
every sound,
every kiss.

This was really nice,so great ,I must say though I lost you at places
How does it feel to see some so mall, think you know
your lock clasped around me,art brought me to tears
know that beauty from thy mouth, like morning breath
I saw venus disability, this poetry surrounds impassive abused beauty
when everything stops to this soul sounds like the ending
this was so great ,so full of lovely images,I really loved this
