rainfall

rainfall

A Story by sea lily

on days like these,
i forget my umbrella
but you remember me.
you think of me
at piano keys,
but the rain still falls.
underneath our umbrella,
the drape of leather
and kisses
marked with vanilla.
it's raining outside;
i have your cat jumper
and it smells just like you.
tonight,
the relentless,
the pounding
of these twin hearts
and equally,
seemingly endless.
