drinklust

A Poem by sea lily

so dark and journey far
then pull my hips, so close, i'm
surging blood, and alcohol, i'm
wanting, needing.
run your hands up my waist,
and drag me closer, closer.
no pounding water,
just worn flannel shirts and hopes...
when i can smell him on my skin.
and mostly intoxicate, correct
and formulate these words and project--
across these wires.
these dark and lightened times.
