nightsong

nightsong

A Poem by sea lily

we count stars,
past an umbrella that shields
these far-flung friends.
half strength that's following
and lips always seeking,
hands vaguely travelling
but i don't mind.
it's you that sends shivers
and warmth, a feeling
stealing across my stomach.
bring tears to my eyes
when i'm alone, and in your clothes
i can't believe you're mine.
