A Poem by sea lily

for you
cherry lips, a gaudy smile
a clown's mask, a happy shroud
a stomach churning bile.

your painted harbinger

her eyes, obscured with kohl
smudged - worn by the glare
eyelashes veiling, wretched
her vacant, toxic stare.
