Oh, you

Oh, you

A Poem by Sharla Doodle
"

Well, I guess love.

"
You shake the dust from my eyelashes,
you paint the world.
You take the dark from the old places,
you make inside where you are.

Keep me in time in the new apartment,
hold in the song.
Speak in the words of the old poets,
bring me back into your arms.
