Bible StudyA Poem by Sharla DoodleMy Aunt leads me to poetry. You asked me to go so I could share my sins, to divulge the horror I've been living in. You said it's what He wants, so who am I to say? He hasn't spoken to me, at least not today.
I politely declined, citing previous engagement, you told me you were scared about my soul arrangement. Truth be told, I just don't see the positive in living in my past and never moving away from it.
Moral of this story is that I can't believe if someone gave their life for someone like me that he'd want me to cry and reflect everyday, not on how much he loves me, but how I went astray. © 2009 Sharla DoodleFeatured Review
