Show Strength

At times life comes at us so fast that when it gets to us, the wind is knocked out of our lungs

It leaves us defenseless against dangerous times, week when we must be strong

It’s a time when others feel they should trample on us.

Sometimes we are hurt so badly, we stay on the ground weeping with pain

 Shaking with the fear others have put into us

Life is hard, but being strong is harder

When fear, panic, and even terror come into our lives it’s hard to let it go

We use this as a cover, a place where we can hide

Many people say they live in fear of the outside world

Pouring themselves into a video game or books

Staying hidden in a room, where nothing will ever change

Even though something offal may have happened we must always let it go

Hiding is not the answer, standing your ground is

When we are knocked down and feel there is nothing to help us now

Get back up and fight

Stay on your path of life

Not the path someone else wants you to be on.

Take control; show no fear, stare danger in its eye

Be strong because in the end we are the greater beings

You are capable of anything.
