Earthly AngelsA Poem by AmberSuch a beautiful realizationOpen your heart, not your mouth. Listen with your mind, not your ears. Speak through your actions, not your voice. See with your conscience, not your eyes. A hard worked soul. Cold hands, begging for warmth. Questions pleading to be answered. Armies of angels come down from above to grace you, Seeing what a precious creation you truly are. You begin to see their faces. You recognize them all, don’t you? The familiar laughs, comforting embraces, warm smiles. A heartbeat was created on each of their days by the One Who knows their purpose. Your heartbeat was created on your day. A unique and beautiful mind was brought to life. The first of your guardians smiled to above, Knowing their second identity. You begin to match faces to more of your angels. Then their names. Finally, your familiar innocent salty tears replace the crimson ones, As you realize you have been saved by your own earthly angels. © 2012 AmberReviews
