Your last wordsA Poem by ScrapI had to get something off my chest. So just wrote my thoughts down in 5 mins
Staying in touch as friends
After touching as lovers Threw me into an emotional spiral Shredding my already broken heart Leaving me numb to the world Trying to climb back up I beg for your guidance To help me understand with your rational mind For even without heart I hurt with love for you Black and white Determined as you are You distance yourself Still calling me friend But acting like foe Unable to believe Maybe blind I still reach out to you Looking for compassion Trusting our connection, our bond Only to find out That your ego took over Giving me the final push Drowning my memories with your final words, "You were a mistake". © 2016 ScrapReviews
