I'm sorry?

I'm sorry?

A Poem by Nicole Pilar
"

Does life hold a rhyme or reason? Is there really any cause or justification to the way we hurt the ones who keep coming back? And if the truth is that there really is no base to I'm sorry, Are any of us really sorry at all?

"
Scars across the sweater sleeves
Forever sealed in stitch
Ball going through the space of time
Forever set in pitch

And though the light has flickered
And the shadows have grown dim
Cement planks still attached
Still chained my every sin

Whispers in the night
Creeping up the hallows of my stairs
Pushing away all memories
Losing worries, losing cares

All that really matters
Is what I left undone
What was before considered means
Little when the course is run

Who cares about the days of past
Or of the tears uncried
Who really thinks of old photographs
That are only meshed with lies

But still this is my apology
To all whove I caused pain
I might have added to the cause
With this stroll down memory lane

The street where all have walked
But very few have said a word
Outsiders try to break through walls
But none were ever heard

So as the spinning spinsters
With their webs do fill the skies
For Sale signs on my face emerge
Along with more expensive buys

Somehow the sun does darken
And the clouds male it lighter still
What once was up is down again
Comes through the sleeping pill

And now the song does end
As had the life before
Boots trailing down the hallow stairs
Fingertips clinging to the door

I realy like this this is cool. You have a realy good writing style and a lot of people could relate to this. I myself see the world like that sometimes, dark, grey, and ugly with humanity as souless clowns. But I think everyone sees things like that sometimes. I don't think its a question of whether not a person suffers but rather how they rise above that suffering that defines them.
